Shipping
We currently ship within the United States only. Every piece is 3D printed and hand-finished to order, so most items ship within 1–2 business days; larger orders, combo packs, and specialty prints may take a little longer to print and finish. You'll get a shipping confirmation once your order is on its way.
Orders over $75 ship free. Below that, a flat shipping rate applies at checkout.
We're not able to guarantee exact delivery dates once a package leaves our hands — that's up to the carrier. If tracking shows "delivered" but your package hasn't turned up, give it a day or two; if it's still missing after that, contact us and we'll help track it down.
Returns, refunds & cancellations
Because every item is custom made to order — printed in your chosen color, and in some cases with your own personalized text — we're generally not able to accept returns for a change of mind once printing has started.
Cancellations: easy and free any time before your order ships. Just reach out through the contact page as soon as you can and we'll take care of it.
Damaged or defective items: if your order arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the issue and we'll make it right with a replacement or a refund — your choice.
Wrong item or order error on our end: if we made a mistake (wrong color, wrong item, missing item), let us know and we'll fix it at no cost to you.
Refunds are issued back to your original payment method through Stripe and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
Privacy
This section explains what information we collect when you shop with us, and how it's used.
What we collect
When you check out, our payment processor, Stripe, collects your name, email address, shipping address, and payment details directly — we never see or store your full card number. If you use the contact form, your name, email, and message are sent to us so we can reply. If you sign up for our newsletter, we keep your email address for that purpose only.
How we use it
We use order information to fulfill and ship your order, and to communicate with you about it. We don't sell your personal information, and we don't share it with anyone except the services that help us run the shop — currently Stripe (payments) and our shipping carrier (delivery).
What we store
Order and payment records are stored in our Stripe account, not on this website. This site's cart (the items you've added, before checkout) is stored only in your own browser and is never sent anywhere until you click Checkout.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time to tell you what information we have on file for you, or to delete it, by contacting us. Some information (like completed order records) may need to be kept for accounting and legal reasons even after a deletion request.
Terms of service
By ordering from Muds3DGoods, you agree to the following:
- Made to order: most items are printed after you order, in the color(s) you choose. Screen colors may look slightly different from the finished print.
- Personalization: for custom name items, you're responsible for double-checking spelling and details before checkout — we print exactly what's submitted.
- Pricing: prices are listed in US dollars and may change at any time; the price you're charged is the price shown at checkout.
- Payments: all payments are processed securely by Stripe. We don't store your card details.
- Availability: in the rare case an item can't be fulfilled after you've ordered, we'll contact you and issue a full refund.
- Use of this site: please don't misuse the site (attempting to disrupt it, submit false information, or place fraudulent orders) — we reserve the right to cancel and refund any order we reasonably believe is fraudulent or abusive.
